Seagull®IV X-2KF water purifier took top honors as recipient of 2002 Platinum ADEX Award. ADEX stands for Awards for Design Excellence and is the largest and most prestigious awards competition for furnishings in the architecture and design industry.

Design Journal, a national trade publication for interior design professionals, sponsors the ADEX awards annually for products "exhibiting superior design based on form, functionality and style," as stated by Design Journal Editor-In-Chief John Moses. Award winners, announced in January 2003, will be featured in the February and March issues of Design Journal Magazine.
